Mr. Samuel Weiser is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Sellers Capital Management a Chicago based hedge fund.
Samuel served until May 2007 in Citigroup’s Global Prime Brokerage group, involving the management of indexed securities and derivative instruments.
Between 1989 and 1994 he served as Chief Financial Officer of the Glenwood Financial Group, specializing in investments through private placement of limited partnerships and individual accounts for domestic and international investors. In this capacity, Samuel was responsible for the financial management and administrative requirements of several investment funds and of the company at large.
From 1984 to 1988 Samuel served Arthur Andersen & Company as Senior Auditor/ Financial Services Division. In 1995 he joined the derivatives auditing group at Ernst & Young. Samuel has been a principal in Font International Corp. since 1992.
Mr. Weiser holds a Masters of Arts Degree in Accounting from George Washington University, Washington, D.C., and a B.A. in economics from Colby College.
