Mr. Mario Pons has over fifty years experience in all facets of construction which include: Quantities take-off; Estimating; Construction Systems and Evaluation; Drawings and Plan Revision; Construction Supervision; Scheduling; Design; Shop Drawings, Quality Control and General Coordination of the Field, for all types of work.
Project experience and expertise encompass: Residential Development (PUD’s, Single Family and Multifamily); Commercial (Medical Buildings, Hospitals, Offices and Condominiums, Stores, Shopping Centers, Motel and Hotels); Industrial (Meat Packing Houses, Warehouse, Industrial Parks) and urban planning & development.
