In Memoriam
Wayne Lemmon died on January 4, 2009 at 1:25 AM. He was a cherished husband to his wife Beverly and devoted father to his children, and by the Grace of God, passed away in their company. Our heart broke with his untimely passing.
Wayne excelled as a human being. His was a good soul. He helped and taught all who knew him. He was a friend in hard times, a man of integrity under trying circumstances.
Wayne’s intellect and expertise in real estate had no match. He was the true renaissance thinker - architect, urban planner, economic analyst, market researcher, financial engineer. After 35 years of involvement in real estate, I met no one who knew more about project planning than Wayne Lemmon.
He brought a vast experience in real estate economic consulting, conducting market analyses, financial feasibility studies, and preparing comprehensive development strategies. His areas of expertise encompass: Financial modeling, including multi-phased, multi-project analyses and application models used and maintained by clients; Fiscal & economic impact analyses, the preparation of economic impact components of Environmental Impact Statements (EIS), and extensive experience in conducting fiscal impact analyses for local governments, including design and implementation of nationally marketed FISCALS and CRIM software systems. Wayne also excelled at directing multi-discipline projects in formulating development strategies for both private and public sector clients. These have included assessments for zoning, public policies, project feasibility, implementation and coordination between financial, planning, engineering, legal and other disciplines. Wayne was a principal in Font International Corp. since 1997.
Mr. Lemmon graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Architecture from Cornell University, and with a Masters of Urban Planning from the City University of New York.
