Dr. Clifton Barton has over 35 years experience in enterprise and economic development with an emphasis on international investment promotion. He has managed a wide range of international consulting projects with U.S. Government agencies, donor organizations, trade associations, and corporate clients. Dr. Barton’s assignments with USAID, the World Bank, and corporate clients have involved work in more than 25 countries.
Dr. Barton Has been a principal at Font International Corporation since 1994.
Dr. Barton received his Ph.D. from Cornell University. He speaks Chinese and Vietnamese.
