Font International Corp. (FONT) began operations in 1987 as an interior construction contractor, completing forty-five (45) commercial jobs involving mid-rise apartment, office and government buildings and public storage facilities.
Since 1991, FONT has provided project finance and development services to operating entities and real estate investors and participated as partner in the acquisition and entitlement of land for PUD’s, Condominiums, Rental Buildings and Mixed-Use Projects.
Since 2007, FONT has focused on the design, planning and capitalization of Residential Hotels in historical and emerging urban communities in the United States.
